Learning the value of what we eat and supplements

Previous months and weeks am eating semi vegetarian type of meals. I tell you it is fine. Vitamins, TCM  (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Nutritional food supplements are included in my diet.

Learn from College that Eating food is nourishing our body with adequate nutrients which will give our bodies the best possible chance to live, not just longer but with health and well being.

Being a student of Nutrition, am starting to understand the foods that will provide me these nutrients. To help me come up with informed decision as regards to the use of dietary supplements.
